Our Services

Physiotherapy is a science and evidence-based healthcare profession that maintains and restores optimum physical function after disease or injury, to help you achieve a higher quality of life through physical movement. Our team offers a significant amount of expertise, with two physiotherapists having completed their masters of musculoskeletal treatments, and a PhD candidate focusing on assessment and treatment of the hip and groin.

Our podiatrist has been treating the community in Essendon and Moonee Ponds for 30 years, and is available for all your sporting, biomechanical, and general footcare needs. Our comprehensive approach to podiatry involves biomechanical assessment, GAIT analysis of your footwear and various movements, and development of highly bespoke treatment programs.

Clinical Pilates is an evidence-based exercise method used for rehabilitation after injury, and to maximise strength and control of the musculoskeletal system. This effective and therapeutic exercise can improve body awareness, muscle balance, movement control, and flexibility. It benefits all age groups and physical abilities.

Massage is a natural therapy of pressure and manipulation of the body’s muscular system. Our massage therapists and myotherapists are experienced in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point sports and remedial massage, as well as Swedish massage.

Dry needling involves the stimulation of various trigger points in the muscles and skin, through a variety of techniques including the insertion of therapeutic needles. It is an effective treatment modality for headaches and tension-related pain, and a variety of other conditions including osteoarthritis and musculoskeletal issues.

The Knee Osteoarthritis Exercise Assessment Program (commonly referred to as KORE) is an innovative, conservative rehabilitation option for patients who may be considering knee surgery, or simply need advice and assistance to better manage their knee pain and osteoarthritis symptoms.

He has accumulated vast and extensive experience in that time. Duncan completed his Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University and recently became an occupational physiotherapist with WorkSafe and TAC, to improve return-to-work and functional outcomes for injured workers who have struggled to return to work, social activities, or exercise in the first 3 months following injury.
